Congratulations!

For the first time ever, Gambrinus Sika Brno won the EuroLeague Women title. On their home ground in Královo Pole, they defeated the defending champions of Samara, Russia, by a score of 68:54. After six years of participating in the final tournament, they finally claimed the title. The Czech champions came out strong in the last quarter of the immensely physical and hard fought game, aided by stellar performance of US player Nykesh Sales, who scored 16 points.
