Job internships

Each job internship during the 18-month Trainee Program lasts 3 - 4 months. Graduates with economic orientation can find jobs for example in Finance, Controlling, HR or Marketing, graduates from technical schools will find jobs in Operative Dispatching, High- and Low Voltage Operation and Maintenance, Assets Operation or in regional centres of distribution services. Besides this, you'll have the opportunity to take part in job internships abroad. During the Program, you will get a chance to solve interesting tasks, and to get to know designing and routine work in departments within E.ON Czech.

Personal and professional development training

This training scheme offers an excellent opportunity to meet other trainees and to create a network of contacts. Each trainee will pass three mandatory instructions - ABC Energy, Communication and Presentation Skills. Besides this, you as a trainee will take part in another two professional or personality training blocks, depending on your current needs.

Mentoring

In the course of the Program, you will be promoted by HR and by a personal mentor selected from Senior Management.
