If your electricity meter is not accessible to make a regular annual reading and you cannot secure access to it, you can report its status to us.
In order for your requirement to be dealt with easily use our online form:
Single-tariff electricity meter has only one number panel indicating the status of electricity consumed in kWh.

Dual-tariff electricity meter has the status of electricity consumed on the high tariff in the upper number panel and the status of
electricity consumed in the low tariff in the lower number panel. For some types of electricity meters the number panels are located next to each other.
The number panel on the left (marked as I.) represents electricity consumed in the high tariff, and the number panel on the right (marked as II.) represents
electricity consumed in the low tariff.

The following details are obligatory:
- Name and surname of customer
- Number of consumption location and serial number of electricity meter
- Address of consumption location
- Status of electricity meter (kWh)
- Contact details (telephone number, mobile number, email address)
- Date of sending and signature (only for written form)
You can make a notification of the status of electricity consumed, which is displayed on your electricity meter, in several ways:
