The customers in Southern Bohemia, taking gas from the company E.ON Energie, a.s., may report the consumed gas actual status in the following ways:

  • Fill out and send the on-line form (CZ)
  • E-mail your application to:

The application must include the following data:

  • Surname and first name of customer
  • Gas meter number and number of end user point
  • Address for local consumption
  • State of gas meter (m³)
  • Your contact information (phone / fax / e-mail)
  • Date of sending and signature

In the event of written notice, the date of sending and the signature are also required.
