Rate Change

Based on a concluded contract on electricity supply, each of our customers consumes electricity at a chosen rate. If that rate does not suit you then you can ask for it to be changed. A rate change means a change to the electricity supply contract.

Warning:
The distribution rate can be changed after 12 months from the last change in the distribution rate at the earliest, unless otherwise individually agreed. Prior to sending a request for the distribution rate change we recommend reading the terms and conditions for declaration of individual rates in a valid price ruling issued by the Energy Regulation Authority, or here.

Change to Distribution Rate without Replacing Electricity Meter

The stated distribution rate change can be made without replacing the measuring appliance and no technical intervention has to be made in meter board cabinet. You can only arrange a change by concluding a new contract on electricity supply / associated electricity supply services. In order to arrange a new contract you have to know the current status of the electricity meter.

Change to Distribution Rate without Intervention in Meter Board Cabinet by the Customer

You do not have to make any adjustments in the meter board cabinet in connection with the stated change in distribution rate. You will arrange a change by concluding a new contract on electricity supply / associated electricity supply services and we will also arrange with you a replacement of measuring device.

Change to Distribution Rate with an Intervention in the Meter Board Cabinet by the Customer

In order to arrange a new distribution rate you will have to arrange adjustments to the meter board cabinet with a private company. We can offer you the services of our Alliance partners. This usually concerns an adjustment to the switchboard for dual-tariff consumption and provision of due blocking of electrical appliances according to the conditions for arranging distribution rates. You have to report breach of seals to us in advance. Afterwards you will conclude a new contract on electricity supply / associated electricity supply services with us and we will also arrange a replacement of measuring device.

Heat Pump

First you have to make a request based on which we will send you new contracts on connection, including a standpoint stating how you are supposed to adjust the meter board cabinet. We can offer you the services of our Alliance partners. Afterwards you will conclude a new contract on electricity supply / associated electricity supply services with us and we will also arrange with you a replacement measuring device.
