Our customers can choose from several ways to pay electricity bills. We recommend customers to use direct debit from their accounts. It is the most convenient method, providing trouble-free handling of payments and settling of overcharges and undercharges.
The advance payments can also be made by means of a permanent or a single payment order, SIPO (Centralized Collection of Household Payments) or a postal order.
Clearing invoices can be paid by a single payment order or a postal order.
Payment methods can be changed in several ways. You can:

The application has to include the following data:
- Surname and first name of customer
- Number of consumption location
- Address for local consumption
- Payment method (advance payments, billing, advance payments and billing)
- Requested payment method (direct debit, SIPO (Centralized Collection of Household Payments), payment order, postal order)
- Account no. and bank code or SIPO number (based on selected payment method)
- Your contact information (phone / fax / e-mail)
- Date of sending and signature
In the event of a written request (by fax or by correspondence), the date of sending the request, stamp and signature are also required.
