Information on the state of consumed gas, which is indicated on your gas meter, can be arranged in several manners:

The application must include the following data:
- Business name of company / organization
- Gas meter number and number of end user point
- Address for local consumption
- State of gas meter (m³)
- Your contact information (phone / fax / e-mail)
- Date of sending and signature
In the event of written notice, the date of sending and the signature are also required.
