Prior to breaking a seal on any electrical main circuit breaker, the customer must inform the E.ON Company. Only then can the seals be removed to do the work required. Breaking the seals is done by an electrician contracted by the customer. Our employees do not have to be present.
The circuit breaker board will be resealed after new contract for related services / electrical power supply is signed. If changes to the breaker board do not affect the existing contract, please call us so that the breaker board can be resealed. To make contractual changes, e.g. in case of rate change, or to changes in main circuit breaker, follow the instructions as shown in the links.
The mandatory information to report breaking of seal is:
- Company name / Name and surname of customer
- Consumption location number
- Consumption location address
- Name of electrician / electrical contractor that is breaking the seal
- Contact details (telephone number, mobile, email)
- Reason why seal was broken
- Date when seal was broken
- Status of electricity meter
- Date when sent and signature (if sent by post)
