To change a customer, an existing and/or new customer have to jointly complete a Request for customer change form (the transcription). Based on that we will end the contract with the existing customer, send them a termination invoice, and conclude a new electricity supply contract / associated electricity supply services contract with the new customer.
To deal with a request use the following forms and attachments:
In case of change of customer in the form of transcription:
Copy of current statement from Business Register (must not be more than 3 months old) or copy of trading licence or copy of deed on foundation of corporation
Copy of document on VAT payer registration (if you are a payer)
In case of the original customer moving out without stating the new address also produce evidence for:
In the case of the original customer dying, corroborate the following:
Copy of death certificate
