Rate Change

Warning:
The distribution rate can be changed after 12 months from the last change in the distribution rate at the earliest, unless otherwise individually agreed. Prior to sending a request for the distribution rate change we recommend reading the terms and conditions for declaration of individual rates in a valid price ruling issued by the Energy Regulation Authority, or here.

Change to Distribution Rate without Replacing Electricity Meter

The assigned change to distribution rate can be done without replacing the measuring device and no technical intervention has to be made in meter board cabinet either. You will arrange a change only by concluding a new contract on electricity supply / associated electricity supply services. In order to arrange a new contract you have to know the current status of the electricity meter.

Change to Distribution Rate without Intervention in Meter Board Cabinet by the Customer

You do not have to make any adjustments in the meter board cabinet in connection with change in distribution rate. You will arrange a change by concluding a new contract on electricity supply / associated electricity supply services and we will also arrange with you a replacement measuring device.

Change to Distribution Rate with Intervention in Meter Board Cabinet by the Customer

In order to arrange a new distribution rate you will have to arrange adjustments to the meter board cabinet with a private company. We can offer you the services of our Alliance partners. This usually concerns an adjustment to a switchboard for dual-tariff consumption and provision of due blocking of electrical appliances according to the conditions for arranging distribution rates. You have to notify us in advance of breach of seals. Afterwards you will conclude a new contract on electricity supply / associated electricity supply services with us and we will also agree with you on a replacement of measuring device.

Heat Pump

According to the conditions of the price ruling, the heating system with heat pump must be fed by an independent intake and measured by independent measuring equipment. For existing consumption you will keep the current electricity meter and for the heating system with a heat pump you will have a new electricity meter. First you will make a request based on which we will send you new contracts on connection, including a standpoint specifying how you should adjust the meter board cabinet. We can offer you the services of our Alliance partners. Afterwards you will conclude a new contract on electricity supply / associated electricity supply services with us and we will also arrange the fitting of a measuring device.
