If you want to start using electricity and your premises are not yet connected to our distribution network, you will need to apply for a connection to an electricity distribution network.
Procedure:
- Send a completed form:
For short-term use - Requests for short-term connection or
For permanent use - Request for permanent connection.
Then add a situation plan with the location of the building marked. - You will then receive new contracts on connection, including a technical-economic opinion.
- Our Alliance partners will be happy to help you.
- Then you will conclude a new contract with us on electricity supply / on associated services of electricity supply.
- Afterwards you need to agree on installation of a metering appliance.

Short-term usage
For connecting worksite extensions, use the following request form.

Attachment:
- Situation plan at a scale of 1:2000 or 1:2880, indicating the building’s position.
To send a statement on existence of networks for zoning proceedings and building permission proceedings use the following request as well:
Permanent usage
For permanent connection of your office, operations center, company or for a transformation from short-term usage to permanent usage, use the following request form. The request is used for opinion on land use and building permits.
Request of authorized customer for connection to low-voltage distribution network in PDF format:
Attachment:
- Situation plan at a scale of 1:2000 or 1:2880, indicating location of the building.
If the building is clearly determined by address with civic house number, the situation plan does not have to be added. In the case of a recreational building, for example a cottage that only has a regular-style house number, the situation plan has to be enclosed.
