Based on a submitted Request to terminate contract we will disconnect consumption and terminate contract on electricity supply / on associated electricity supply service. The status of the electricity meter will be read by our staff member on-site when the electricity meter is being taken away. Afterwards, you will receive a termination invoice from us. In the event of the consumption point not being accessible, give a telephone number in your request for the purpose of stipulating a date for removing the electricity meter.
