E.ON Energie, a.s., contains the parts of former companies that deal with the production, purchase and sale of electrical energy, and holds the license for electricity production and trading. Distribution company E.ON Distribuce, a.s., contains the parts of former companies that deal with electricity distribution, and holds the license for electricity distribution. E.ON Česká republika, s.r.o., ensures all other central operations. It manages and provides services to the other two.
