I like a chosen position. How can I apply for the selection procedure?

At each vacancy there is a way given, how to apply for it. The easiest way is to fill in the form on our web sites in the section Careers – On-line C.V. and join your cover letter and curriculum vitae. Don't forget to write down what position you apply for.

I can't find anything suitable. What should I do?

If you are interested in working in E.ON and in the actual offer of the section Vacancies you cannot find an appropriate position, you can fill in the form in the section Careers – On-line C.V., attach your curriculum vitae and send it to us. We will include you to the database and in case that an appropriate position appears, we will contact you.

Who will see my materials? Won't they get to a third person?

With your materials, that we consider to strictly confidential, only employees of the department Education and recruitment will work and the superior employees of that departments, where you apply for a job. The E.ON Czech Group respects all regulations of Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal information and all your data will be used only within the selection procedure and after closing of the selection they will be shredded.

Can I send my curriculum vitae via post?

Yes. If you don't have the Internet or e-mail, you can send us your curriculum and the cover letter via post to the address:

I can see that the company E.ON Česká republika had a seat in České Budějovice. Can I assert myself also in some other localities?

Yes, we open positions also on Brno and Prague. Watch our actual job offers in the section Vacancies, there is a locality given at each position.

How the selection procedure progresses?

If there it is not given otherwise at the position, the first part of the selection procedure comprises evaluation of your electronic and written documents. Chosen candidates are invited to the second part that is in form of personal interviews. At some positions there are for the selection of employees further parts of the selection procedure used – for example in form of an Assessment center etc.

I have sent a CV to you and I haven't got any feedback. Is everything ok?

Thank you for your interest and please for understanding, because every day we get a plenty of applications for a job. If we won't contact you within 3 weeks after receiving your C.V., in the selection procedure another candidate was preferred.
