Globalization, changes in demographic trends and the relating changes in the work environment put the E.ON Czech before new challenges. Conviction, that motivation, satisfaction, adequate work environment is necessary for us to attract people to work for us, is the reason why our company has become an attractive employer. The E.ON Czech has created excellent working conditions, reasonable remuneration, extensive social benefits and high safety standards.

The E.ON Czech cooperates with ten faculties of the technical and economic universities. The support of the universities provides us besides the contact with scientific development also the possibility to recruit good-quality specialists having university education.

The E.ON Czech supports five secondary schools as well. In two of them (located in Hluboká and Sokolnice), the "New Generation of Technicians" project is being organized. This concerns a repetitive three-year program, upon successful completion of which, the selected graduates from the vocational school become well-prepared employees of the company.

Health care and support of the active attitude towards reaching the healthy lifestyle form an integral part of the approach of the E.ON Czech to its employees.

Prophylactic check-ups, vaccination and benefits relating to spa stays belong to the measures, which play an important role in care for the health of the employees. Each employee has some pecuniary means from the so-called social fund at their disposal, which they may use for payment for the standard-exceeding medical care and relaxation.

Occupational safety is adhered to within the E.ON Czech in accordance with the respective legislation. The value of LTIF (Lost Time Injury Frequency) in the year 2008 was 1,3.
