The product is suited to eligible customers who use electricity predominantly for direct heating. It consists of a two-part price for electrical power, split into high tariff (VT, 4 hours per day) and low tariff (NT, 20 hours per day) periods.

The tariff schedule is determined by the pertinent distribution system operator.

The price for 1 MWh of electrical power is set according to the supplier's valid price list (separately for winter and summer) and depends on the annual amount of electricity consumed, which is determined according to past consumption or expected electricity consumption.

The monthly payment for electricity is set according to the amount of electricity consumed under individual tariffs multiplied by the appropriate price for 1 MWh.

Conditions for granting product: The share of direct heating power input must make up a minimum of 80% of the entire installed power input.

We recommend that you ensure the blocking of direct heating appliances during the high tariff period according to the requirements of the appropriate distribution system operator.

The electrical energy supplier takes on the responsibility for deviations from the customer.
