How do I set/change the advance?

Find out how you can change or adjust your advance for electricity.

To change the amount of advance, please contact us via email at, or visit us at one of our consulting centres and we will help you with the change.

The data that we will need from you:
  • Customer’s first and last name

  • Consumption point/supply point number

  • Supply point address

  • Contact data (phone, mobile, email)

  • Payment type (advance, billing, advances and billing)

  • Requested payment method (direct debit, SIPO, transfer payment)

  • Account number and bank code or SIPO connection number (depending on the selected payment method)

  • Date of sending and signature (only for written form)
