How do I set/change the advance?

Find out how you can change or adjust your advance for electricity.

To change the amount of advance, please contact us via email at info@eon.cz, or visit us at one of our consulting centres and we will help you with the change.

The data that we will need from you:
  • Customer’s first and last name

  • Consumption point/supply point number

  • Supply point address

  • Contact data (phone, mobile, email)

  • Payment type (advance, billing, advances and billing)

  • Requested payment method (direct debit, SIPO, transfer payment)

  • Account number and bank code or SIPO connection number (depending on the selected payment method)

  • Date of sending and signature (only for written form)
