Where to find the status of a request

In the case of the requirements related to the Contract on Bundled Services, which have been concluded with E.ON (e.g. personal data change, product change, payment information, transfer to another customer, bonuses and benefits, etc.), please contact us via email at, or visit us at one of our consulting centres and we will help you with the change.

In case of distribution issues (e.g. a contract of connection, measuring devices, MRC, change of power and distribution rate, different statements on the network or project documentation, etc.), it is best to contact the respective distributor:
