Who is the Electronic Invoice intended for?

The Invoice is intended for households and businesses.

What are the conditions for sending Electronic Invoice?
  • Taking out Electronic Invoice service.

  • Installed software for viewing PDF documents (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader).

Can the Electronic Invoice service be also activated in case of natural gas supply?

Yes, it can. The Electronic Invoice can be arranged for natural gas as well.

Is the Electronic Invoice safe?

Yes, it is. The Electronic Invoice is a complete substitute for a paper invoice sent by post. It includes electronic signature to secure that the invoice is not changed in its content after being issued during its delivery.

How will sending the Electronic Invoices work?

You will be informed about the successful activation of the Electronic Invoice service in writing. You will receive the invoice in the form of a PDF document directly to your chosen email address in the billing period following the service activation. Sending invoices in paper form will be hereby terminated.

Can the invoice be used as an accounting document?

Yes, the invoice is electronically signed and fully replaces the traditional forms of invoices according to the Act No. 235/2004 Coll. on VAT.
